After you place your order, a charge from "Click Technology" will appear on your credit card statement.

Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via Registered Air Parcel or Registered Courier Service within 7-14 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 business days if by Registered Courier Service or within 21 business days, via Registered Air Parcel.

Shipping Information
We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please indicate a proper shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the recipient. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees if such charges are billed to us.

Registered Air Parcel and Registered Courier Service require a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. Shipments will be delivered to the address provided and need to be signed.

Back Orders
A back order is any item that becomes temporarily out of stock. This item will ship as it is available. If it does not become available to ship within 30 days you will be updated and have an option to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% (subject to a minimum of $6.00) cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Please take note that cancellation of order is disallowed after it has been shipped,
